> Shortlist suitable yards
> Tender for the build
> Assess the successful yards' and insurers' financial stability
> Negotiate and agree the build contract
> Research and recommend a suitable registry and classification society
> Review the build specification, taking into account all legal, classification society and security
requirements
> Engage a Project Manager, Build Captain and other key personnel as the project's size and complexity

Throughout construction, we will:
> Represent the buyer in the yard to ensure that his or her expectations are more than met
> Manage the last-minute procurement of owner-supplied equipment
Following launch, we will:
> Engage a first-class crew with proven work records and references
> Complete and implement the ISM or LY2 safety management system
> Conduct sea trials and oversee defect corrections
> Handle any outstanding warranty issues
