Every large yacht is unique. Opportunities for misinterpretations, misunderstandings and mistakes arise frequently. Owner’s representation, from the very day of conception, is therefore vital.

Unique Processes

Our team of specialists we can formulate or review build specifications, taking into account the Classification Society and Flag State requirements. We conduct a complete shipyard tendering process and draw up the necessary contracts.

Thereafter, we work with the designers and naval architects to ensure that the owner’s expectations are being fulfilled. Depending on the size of the project we will provide either a build engineer or project team to monitor each stage of the build.

Unique Protection

On completion of each of the contractual phases we report back to the owner and advise on yard payments, and on completion of the entire build we handle any outstanding warranty issues.
